Goods will be dispatched within three working days of
cleared funds. Please note that if you are paying by
cheque it may take time to be received in the post and
cleared.

All goods remain the property of
Richard Ash Horseshoes until paid in full.

Any returned unpaid cheques will be
liable to a £20.00 surcharge to cover bank charges.

We accept all major credit and debit
cards.

You will receive notification
immediately if we are unable to dispatch any of your
goods and be entitled to a refund of the particular
product.

Shortages, errors or damages in
transit must be reported with in 3 days of the
delivery by phone, fax or e-mail.

Prices are subject to alteration
without notice and are effective immediately.
When an order is placed Richard Ash
Horseshoes requires full payment before order is
dispatched from the premises.
Under the farriers' registration
Act:1975, it is an offence for anyone other than a
registered Farrier, registered apprentice or Vetinary
surgeon to carry out farriery other than persons
rendering first aid in case of emergency to a horse.
Once placing an order with us you will
automatically be added to our mailing list however your
details will be kept solely by Richard Ash Horseshoes,
under no circumstances will information be passed on.
If the goods are being purchased outside
of the EU Richard Ash Horseshoes is not liable for any
duty which the customer may be required to pay.
The above terms and conditions do not
affect consumer’s statutory rights within the UK.
